Action Aid is a global federation working to end poverty and injustice with thousands of communities and millions of people across the planet. With 45 national members and country program worldwide, Action Aid focuses the majority of its resources on working with the poorest and most excluded women, men and children. Action Aid Nepal (AAN) is a member of Action Aid International Federation, working in Nepal since 1982.
What Action Aid Does..
We help individuals battle for the rights that they are denied. Straightforward things, similar to one side to eat. The privilege to keep focused area. To a training. To have a say in the choices that shape their lives. We’re not about giving freebies or advising individuals what to do, on the grounds that over the long haul we realize that doesn’t work. Rather, we utilize our assets, impact and experience to help individuals locate their own answers.
We listen to what individuals truly need and need. We help groups make a move together to consider their administrations answerable, and we give nearby associations our backing where they require it. Together, we’re having an enduring effect.
