Ranked by average national income (GNI per capita) it is the 16th poorest country in the world – a ranking that has changed little in recent years.

DFID Nepal is seeking to fill the following positions inviting applications from interested and experienced Nepalese candidates.

1. Business Support Officer (C1)
You will provide an efficient and effective Business Support service as well as Executive Assistant Services in accordance with DFID standards. This role will revolve around the following key themes:
> HR support, including HR Passport Super User
> Emergency Contingency Plan (ECP) functions
> Support on corporate requests and correspondence
> Executive Assistant to Head of Office

2. Finance Support Officer (C1)
You will provide support to the Finance Manager through the provision of regular, robust financial transaction. The post is aimed at supporting effective financial management. This will be through effective and efficient management of the budgeting process, the accounting of DFID Nepal in accordance with DFID standards and ensuring day to day safety and security of funds provided through imprest account.

Both positions would require Bachelor’s Degree from recognised universities in Management the related fields with at least 3 years of working experience in similar responsibilities preferably in development organisations.
