GHANTI BAJAUNA NASAKE PAXI New Nepali Short Movie

Films, in Nepal, are taking a bound towards post-modernized art. Despite few (or perhaps, many) unsuccessful films, some have started to leave a mark-the welcoming of New Generation, the New Nepali Cinemascope. Though not commercially conquering, many a film made within the contending industry have poised themselves as a strong competitor in captivating the heart of the mass and the class alike. Small budgets cinema that carries all- entertainment, a therapy to emotional scratch, note to the audiences, portrays hard work of the team. Saghuro, Kathaa, Manjari, Antaral, Hostel to name few; have left a lasting impression on the viewers. Few upcoming movies like Mokshya, Jholey, Ritu, Raghav, Fitkiri, Mukhauta, look equally captivating. But, the challenge now is on commercialization. Who will instigate? Film industry is not just a story of hue and cry of the directors, producers and actors in particular but the national spectator as a whole. The industry, in many parts of the globe, contributes to economy. To a large extent even. Many countries have developed some of their cities as Film Cities endorsing tourism as well.

An interview with Lal Babu Pandit || 2016

Lal Babu Pandit has said that CPN-UML would not join the government if the new government was not formed in line with the 16-point agreement made in the past.
At a face-to-face programme organized today by Rafat Sanchar Club, he accused Nepali Congress of opting efforts to not hand over government leadership to the UML
“A conspiracy is being orchestrated to keep UML out of the government ring though the earlier agreement was to form a consensual government under UML leadership following the promulgation of a new constitution”, he said. CPN-UML would not join the government rather stay in opposition if efforts are made to not give leadership to UML by undermining consensus notion, Minister Pandit asserted.
The political polarization has widened with the President providing seven days to the parties for forming a consensus government, he said, ruling out any possibility of constituting consensus based government.
Claiming that Nepal’s constitution is the best statute in the world, he suggested foreign countries not to bother for Nepal adopting its constitution.
He further said that Nepal has initiated the process to import essential goods from China. “The unannounced barricade imposed by India has encouraged to become self-reliant. The government is effortful; to open up northern customs points”.

The Kathmandu City and Nepal- 80 Years Before –

 Right now ..complete concrete jungle

The history of Kathmandu is really a history of the Newar people, the main inhabitants of the Kathmandu Valley. While the documented history of the valley goes back to the Kiratis, around the 7th century BC, the foundation of Kathmandu itself dates from the 12th century AD, during the time of the Malla dynasty.

The original settlements, in what is the southern half of the old town, grew up around the trade route to Tibet and in early pilgrim resthouses such as the Kasthamandap, which later lent its name to the city.

Originally known as Kantipur, the city flourished during the Malla era, and the bulk of its superb temples, buildings and other monuments date from this time. Initially, Kathmandu was an independent city within the valley, but in the 14th century the valley was united under the rule of the Malla king of Bhaktapur. The 15th century saw division once more, this time into the three independent kingdoms of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Rivalry between the three city-states led to a series of wars that left each state weakened and vulnerable to the 1768 invasion of the valley by Prithvi Narayan Shah.

The ensuing Shah dynasty unified Nepal and made the expanded city of Kathmandu its new capital – a position the city has held ever since.

Guaranteed vs. Non-Guaranteed Permanent Life Insurance Policies
Fifty years ago, most life insurance policies sold were guaranteed and offered by mutual fund companies. Choices were limited to term, endowment or whole life policies. It was simple, you paid a high, set premium and the insurance company guaranteed the death benefit. All of that changed in the 1980s. Interest rates soared, and policy owners surrendered their coverage to invest the cash value in higher interest paying non-insurance products. To compete, insurers began offering interest-sensitive non-guaranteed policies.

Former Minister Milendra Rijal Controversy
Guaranteed versus Non-Guaranteed Policies
Today, companies offer a broad range of guaranteed and non-guaranteed life insurance policies. A guaranteed policy is one in which the insurer assumes all the risk and contractually guarantees the death benefit in exchange for a set premium payment. If investments underperform or expenses go up, the insurer has to absorb the loss. With a non-guaranteed policy the owner, in exchange for a lower premium and possibly better return, is assuming much of the investment risk as well as giving the insurer the right to increase policy fees. If things don’t work out as planned, the policy owner has to absorb the cost and pay a higher premium.

Lastest Interview With Tirsana Budhathoki

Trishina Budhathki Nepali Model Once leaked her nude images ( Photos ) in Facebook saying that if Hollywood Bollywood stars can than why not I

Nepali Model Trishna Budhathoki is a hot gossip topic right now in Nepali entertainment industry. Well Trishna is a new name in Nepali modeling and movie industry who is acting herself as a Bold Nepali model / actress. After she released her photo while bathing via her Facebook profile, of course without any dress on her body, she got the tag of Sexy model. Well i don’t think a lady without dress can be tagged as sexy instead we can call them vulgar, as it is not common on our society. But Trishna doesn’t like such statements made against her photo as she compares herself to some International actresses.

“If International stars can show off why can’t I?” says Trishna via her Facebook Page. It looks like she was grown up in American or Western society otherwise why she was comparing herself with western actresses. If it’s the case then we can find a lot of porn movies by the citizens of Western countries. Will she too wanna try that kind of culture, because it’s common on Western countries and she too may be interested in that. Because if they can why can’s she.
